Warranty & Returns


Products distributed by Canadian Power Conversion Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. This warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user.

Branded products from our factory partners have specific warranties for each model which is honoured by Canadian Power Conversion Inc. All products have a minimum 2 year warranty, but some as high as 10 year warranty.

No other express warranty is provided and no warranties extend beyond those described herein. This warranty is in lieu of any other implied or expressed warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for use. There shall be no responsibility or liability whatsoever on the part of Canadian Power Conversion Inc. or its employees or representatives for injury to any persons, or damage to person or persons, or damage to property, or loss of income or profit, or any other consequences. Canadian Power Conversion Inc. assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

R M A Procedure

In order to return a product to CPC for replacement, please provide the following:

The manufacturer’s model number
The serial number
The ship-to address
A brief description of the problem
Canadian Power Conversion Inc. will provide our valued customers with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. 

Products returned to Canadian Power Conversion Inc. must be shipped prepaid to the authorized location only. The RMA # is to be labelled on the outside of the package for identification and processing purposes. If the product is replaced or repaired, the return shipment will be CPC’s expense.
